Job summary

Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. is assisting a well-established manufacturing client in Rybnik to recruit a Plant Controller to support plant management with financial planning and analysis.

This role focuses on forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and KPI reporting to optimize production efficiency. The successful candidate will analyze variances, monitor standard costs and BOMs in the ERP, and contribute to CAPEX proposals.

Qualifications

• Education in Finance or Accounting required.
• Very good command of English.
• Knowledge of business processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a production company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analyses to plant management.
• Prepare monthly forecasts for variable and fixed costs.
• Assist in preparing budget data (variable and fixed costs, operational KPIs).
• Conduct variance analysis and provide commentary on results.
• Monitor and update standard costs and verify BOMs in the ERP system.
• Analyze and forecast inventory.
• Monitor transportation costs and update logistics parameters.
• Assist in preparing investment proposals (CAPEX).
