Job summary

Sibelco is seeking a Senior Business Controller to act as a strategic FP&A partner to Cluster Directors in Poland. You will drive robust financial planning, cost control, and performance management to align with global objectives.

You will lead monthly closes, prepare insightful FP&A reports, and support strategic projects while coaching other controllers. English fluency and Polish knowledge are required for a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics or business or comparable qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing controlling/FP&A.
• Strong SAP 4Hana knowledge and experience in standard costing and manufacturing P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead cluster-level financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Deliver monthly performance reviews with variance analysis (actuals vs. plan/forecast).
• Partner with operations to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Monitor manufacturing cost structures including standard costing, variances, and inventory valuation.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives with production and supply chain teams.
• Contribute to monthly closing processes in SAP, Tagetik/One Stream.
• Prepare FP&A reports for local and corporate stakeholders.
