Job summary

BeOne seeks a Senior Manager, Sensitive Data Discovery and Governance to operationalize and scale enterprise sensitive data classification capabilities. This role sits in the Enterprise Data & Analytics Governance function, focusing on discovery, tagging, and retention automation across the data estate.

Based in Warsaw with a hybrid work pattern (3 days in office, 2 remote), you will partner across Business, IT, Security, Legal, and Compliance to implement governance processes aligned to DOJ

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in data governance or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for sensitive data classification and retention lifecycle.
• Operationalize the Data Sentinel platform for automated discovery, classification, labeling, and retention workflows.
• Lead initiatives including DOJ Data Security Rule alignment and GDPR/PIPL roadmap.
• Lead validation to tune discovery rules, classifiers, and policies for precision and adoption.
• Onboard business/data domains into governance processes with training and adoption.
• Coordinate with MSPs supporting discovery, remediation, and retention operations.
• Report KPIs on coverage, risk reduction, retention adoption, and disposition throughput.
• Embed governance into day-to-day execution across cross-functional teams.
