Job summary

BeOne seeks a Senior Manager for Sensitive Data Discovery and Governance to scale enterprise classification, labeling, and retention workflows using the Data Sentinel platform. You will partner across Business, IT, Security, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance to ensure regulated data is identified, protected, retained, and defensibly disposed of.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years in data governance, information governance, or records management.
• Experience delivering sensitive data discovery/classification programs in enterprise-scale models.
• Hands-on with data discovery/classification platforms such as Data Sentinel, Purview or equivalents.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for sensitive data classification and retention lifecycle management.
• Operationalize the Data Sentinel platform for automated discovery, classification and labeling.
• Lead initiatives on DOJ Data Security Rule alignment and broaden to GDPR/PIPL and other regs.
• Coordinate with MSPs and governance owners; report KPIs on coverage and risk reduction.
