Qualifications

• 5+ years in PMO, project or program governance roles, preferably IT/tech.
• Experience creating executive-ready reports and steering materials.
• Strong governance, portfolio management, and risk reporting skills.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills for executive audiences.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on IT project portfolio performance, escalating risks promptly.
• Ensure deliverables have approved business cases and conform to gates and quality standards.
• Act as PMO consultant for strategic projects and programs.
• Prepare executive-level reporting materials for senior leadership and committees.
• Translate complex project information into clear, actionable messages for leads and stakeholders.
• Improve PMO processes, templates, and reporting tools.
• Administer and develop PMO tools like Jira and Xray, driving adoption.
• Define and implement project management standards and governance practices.
• Lead selected projects or workstreams when required.
• Be the central PMO tools and process expert for users.
