Job summary

Amer Sports Global Business Services in Kraków seeks a Finance Project Manager to own a portfolio of finance projects, from scoping through delivery and post-implementation review. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across finance and IT to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires driving governance, tracking risks and blockers, and delivering clear updates to senior leadership. A PMP/PRINCE2/AgilePM or similar certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record delivering projects end-to-end in an international setting.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and external vendors/partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance projects end-to-end from initiation to stabilisation.
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, ownership and success criteria; maintain plans and timelines.
• Coordinate testing, cutover and go-live readiness with process and IT teams.
• Maintain risk registers, action logs, decision trackers and dependency overviews across workstreams.
• Prepare steering committee materials and executive updates; report progress, risks and key decisions.
