Job summary

Amer Sports Corporation in Kraków is seeking a Senior SAP PMO Consultant to own the PMO function for ECC Stability within a global SAP transformation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage plans and risk, and liaise with external advisors to ensure stable ECC and successful S/4HANA adoption.

The role requires experience in large ERP programs, strong English communication, and the ability to manage two workstreams with competing priorities in a global context.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of PMO or project management experience on large ERP programs
• Solid understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscape and release cycles
• Proven experience coordinating external consulting engagements
• Ability to run plans, logs, cadences, and reporting reliably
• Comfort managing two workstreams simultaneously with competing priorities
• Ownership mindset with pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach
• Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders and technical teams
• Fluency in English – at least B2 level

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end PMO coverage across ECC Stability pillars: Data Archiving, Batch Jobs Rationalization, Code Review & Optimization, and Performance Upscaling
• Maintain the integrated plan, milestone tracking, action logs, and risk and issue register; run cadence meetings
• Serve as primary internal counterpart to external stability-acceleration workstream; structure inputs and review outputs
• Produce ECC Stability status reporting for senior management and governance bodies
• Support SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation plan maintenance and status consolidation
• Keep ECC Stability and transformation plans aligned; manage interfaces and cutover windows
• Bridge Group IT SAP teams, brand IT teams, and external partners across time zones
• Maintain PMO standards, templates, and documentation; ensure smooth handover
• Contribute to Digital Transformation Office reporting and demand management processes
