Job summary

Albany Beck in Krakow is looking for individuals to join a large-scale PMO programme within a global financial services organisation. You will work closely with senior PMO leads, delivery managers and operational stakeholders, providing day-to-day governance, reporting, planning and project support.

Successful candidates will complete a structured training and onboarding programme before joining their respective delivery teams, gaining hands-on experience in governance, RAID, milestones, and

Qualifications

• 1–4 years' experience in PMO, project support or related roles.
• Experience in project coordination or business change/transformation support.
• Experience in banking/financial services or large corporate environments is useful.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and senior PMOs with day-to-day delivery activities
• Maintain project plans, actions, risks, issues and dependencies
• Produce regular project and programme reporting
• Support RAID management and governance processes
• Track milestones, deliverables and project progress
• Prepare governance packs and management information
• Coordinate meetings, actions and follow-ups across delivery teams
• Support financial, resource and capacity tracking
• Maintain information across PMO tools and systems
• Work across multiple stakeholders and delivery teams
• Help ensure projects follow governance and reporting standards
