Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or STEM field.
• Strong understanding of HR and Learning capabilities and data needs.

• Experience operating in a global, matrixed organisation with competing priorities.
• Outcome-oriented mindset with resilience and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR & Learning leaders and IT delivery teams to align business objectives and IT capabilities.
• Define and maintain HR & Learning IT strategy and roadmaps to enable value delivery.
• Identify business outcomes and prioritize value streams with IT partners.
• Lead delivery and measure ROI, ensuring improvements in efficiency and decision making.
• Champion continuous improvement and compliance across HR & Learning technologies.
