Cytiva is seeking a Senior IT Business Enablement Manager for HR & Learning. This on-site role in Kraków or Warszawa bridges business objectives with IT capabilities to deliver measurable HR outcomes and value across the enterprise IT portfolio.

You will partner with HR & Learning leaders, IT delivery teams and governance to define roadmaps, prioritize value streams, and ensure technology investments maximize business impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience partnering with HR, learning management capabilities, or HR technology transformation.
• Ability to translate business priorities into scalable technology solutions.
• Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed organisation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR & Learning leaders, IT delivery teams and governance to align business and IT priorities.
• Define and maintain HR & Learning IT strategy, roadmaps and value streams.
• Lead delivery of IT-enabled HR & Learning outcomes with ROI tracking and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and innovation across HR & Learning landscapes.
