Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior IT Business Enablement Manager – HR & Learning to bridge business objectives with IT capabilities. You will lead strategic alignment, operational excellence, and agile delivery across HR and Learning IT initiatives in an on-site role based in Kraków or Warszawa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM; relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and Learning leaders and IT teams to align priorities and deliver value.
• Define and execute HR and Learning IT strategy and roadmaps.
• Identify outcomes, map to value streams and coordinate with governance bodies.
• Lead delivery and measure ROI, driving improvements in efficiency and cost.
• Champion continuous improvement using analytics, automation, and digital tools.
• Ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks across the HR and Learning technology landscape.
