Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Senior IT Business Enablement Manager to drive alignment between Indirect Sourcing & Sustainability and IT across the enterprise. You will partner with stakeholders to define strategies, roadmaps, and value streams, embedding agile, product-centric delivery models.

This on-site role will support Kraków or Warszawa locations. You will champion continuous improvement, leverage analytics and Beeline, ensure GxP compliance, and help manage supplier tech solutions to maximize

Qualifications

Strong experience partnering with sourcing, procurement, and technology teams.
Ability to translate business priorities into scalable tech solutions.
Proven stakeholder influence and decision-support.
Experience in global, matrixed organisations with cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

Partner with indirect sourcing & sustainability leaders and IT teams to align business and IT priorities.
Define and maintain IT strategy and roadmaps for Indirect Sourcing & Sustainability across OpCo regions.
Support discovery, prioritization, and value-stream mapping to deliver measurable improvements.
Drive delivery through PoCs, requirement specs, ROI tracking, and post-delivery reviews.
Maintain an integrated technology landscape with Beeline and other tools, ensuring compliance.
