Job summary

Cytiva is seeking an IT Business Enablement Director – Finance to bridge business goals with IT capabilities, delivering measurable outcomes for the Finance enabling function. You will partner with Finance and IT to align priorities, drive agile, product-centric delivery, and lead virtual pillar teams across global operations.

This on-site role is based in Kraków or Warszawa, reporting to the Sr Director ITBE Functions, and focuses on strategic IT direction, execution, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or STEM equivalent.
• 12+ years of finance-technology leadership and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Cytiva Finance leaders and IT delivery teams to align IT priorities with business objectives.
• Define and execute Finance IT strategy and roadmaps across OpCo and regional units.
• Support Discovery model adoption by coordinating with Finance leaders and IT Business Enablement teams to identify outcomes.
• Lead delivery approaches with IT Delivery & Governance to maximize value and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive ROI analysis, track performance after delivery, and push for measurable improvements in efficiency and cost.
