Franklin Templeton in Poznań invites students to join the Global Pricing and Valuation Services team as an intern. You will support valuation oversight and fixed income pricing through analytical tasks and vendor price reconciliation.

You will work 25–30 hours per week, leveraging Excel and Windows, with exposure to Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate and Python. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree or program.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Windows and Excel.
• Experience with business analytics & automation tools (Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate, Python).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee valuations and perform price analyses and reconciliations from vendors.

About The Department

We are looking for an intern to join the Global Pricing and Valuation Services team. You will be responsible for performing a multitude of analytical oriented tasks to support various processes related to valuation oversight and securities pricing, especially fixed income.

Your key tasks will be – however not only limited to – following: performing analysis, oversight, comparison & reconciliation the prices received from the vendors, automation and efficiency projects.

How You Will Add Value

• You will oversight of valuations,
• You will automate and make projects more efficient
• You will perform fixed income securities pricing,
• You will find resolutions of price issues and search the differences, using Bloomberg and other vendor platforms,
• You will participate in team meetings,
• You will manage risk and prioritize the workload effectively,
• You will elevate potential issues at earliest possible opportunity,
• You will perform other duties as assigned.

What will help you be successful in this role

• Current student status,
• Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written),
• Computer skills with experience working in a Windows & Excel environment,
• Business Analytics and Automation tools experience preferred (Alteryx, PowerBI, Power Automate, Python, etc.),
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for details,
• Very good organizational skills,
• Self-reliance and self-discipline at work,
• Availability to work 25- 30 hours per week.
