You will partner with People Managers and European HR, handle employee relations, ensure data accuracy in HR systems, and contribute to policy development and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR department.
• Deep understanding of Human Resources.
• Personnel administration proficiency.
• English for business communication.
• Ability to understand stakeholders’ needs.
• Strong cross-organizational cooperation.
• Ability to establish priorities.
• Good Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Human Capital Management tools (ADP/Workday).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR processes across Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee Lifecycle, Performance Management, Onboarding and Offboarding.
• Distribute workload within the HR team.
• Act as a Partner for People Managers to execute People Strategy.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert delivering HR services meeting quality and local legislation.
• Support Senior HR Manager with operational tasks and ad hoc projects.
• Collaborate with European HR on HR activities.
• Manage employee relations and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
• Resolve employee queries and requests promptly.
• Drive HR controlling and reporting.
• Identify process improvements and participate in implementation.
• Contribute to development of HR policies.
• Promote corporate culture.
