DSV Road GmbH is seeking an HR Business Partner to support one of the Global Business Services units. You will act as SPOC for managers on HR matters, guiding leadership on performance, development and employee relations across international locations.

The role requires strong knowledge of HR processes and labor law, excellent communication, and a data‑driven mindset. English fluency and business acumen are essential, with a focus on aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven HRBP or HR Generalist experience in SSC or corporate environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of HR processes, labor law and employee relations.
• Data-driven approach to problem solving.
• Very good English skills.
• Business acumen.
• Relevant educational background.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on daily team management, performance, development and employee relations.
• Advise on disciplinary actions and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate and execute core HR processes.
• Prepare HR reports and analyses to support decision-making.
