Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Therapy Development Manager in Krakow, Poland, within the Heart Failure division. You will develop strategic road maps for HF market development and education, identifying market needs for physicians, hospitals, and ABT HF Poland.

You will lead product launches, market access efforts, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive growth. You will partner with sales to build education programs, develop tools, and measure impact.

Qualifications

Min 5 years of proven experience in medical sales within a complex matrix environment.
Comprehensive understanding of heart failure therapies in medical devices or pharma.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans for assigned product lines.
Create and implement HF education strategies for physicians, distributors, and the Poland HF team.
Analyze strategy results to meet sales and profit objectives.
Build market intelligence frameworks and dashboards for HF and integrate into business plans.
Lead international HF society trade show strategies and customer meetings.
Participate in HF management activities including planning, budgeting, and team development.
Develop and measure training-based initiatives like Multi-Physician Education programs.
