Job summary

Abbott in Poland seeks a Therapy Development Manager to shape the Heart Failure market strategy, education, and product launches. You will align with regional and EMEA functions to drive growth and market access, collaborating with sales, marketing, and program management to transform market dynamics.

You will lead education initiatives, develop strategic plans, and manage relationships with physicians, hospitals, and KOLs, ensuring coherent market penetration and growth across Poland.

Qualifications

• University degree (in science related field preferred).
• Native Polish and Fluent English.
• Proven track record of delivering valuable projects and activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans for Heart Failure product lines.
• Create and implement HF education strategies to meet needs of physicians, distributors, and ABT HF Poland.
• Lead market share reporting and collaborate with sales leaders on actions.
• Develop sales enablement tools and support the sales team.
• Lead international HF society trade show strategies and client meetings.
• Participate in HF management activities including planning and budgeting.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive product and data development priorities.
