Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced commercial professional to grow its Career Transition & Mobility business across Poland. You will develop trusted relationships with CHROs, HR Directors, and senior leaders, guiding clients through strategic, consultative solutions and closing complex deals.

Reporting to the Sales Director Poland, you will manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting to solution design and negotiation, while leveraging Salesforce to maintain a healthy pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning new business in consultative B2B sales.
• Experience selling HR, Career Transition, Talent, or related advisory services.
• Confidence engaging C-level executives and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the Polish market.
• Build trusted relationships with CHROs, HR Directors, CEOs, and senior leaders.
• Lead the full consultative sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Design tailored Career Transition & Mobility solutions for clients.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder buying environments and negotiate contracts.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
