Job summary

Barry Callebaut Group in Poland seeks a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation to translate priorities into structured initiatives, drive delivery across the initiative lifecycle, and ensure value realization through an agile, transparent Finance Operating Model.

You will partner with business, finance, and digital stakeholders, lead complex programs from mobilization to stabilization, embed new ways of working, and enable end-to-end transformation across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 8–12 years in Finance, transformation, or project/program management within multinationals.
• Proven track record leading complex transformation initiatives from mobilization through stabilization.
• Fluent in English; willing to travel occasionally.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and Shared Services/GBS environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Translate finance priorities into structured, executable transformation initiatives and roadmaps.
• Lead complex transformation initiatives from mobilization through stabilization and value realization.
• Drive change, communication, and adoption to embed sustainable ways of working.
• Ensure initiatives deliver defined business outcomes and are transparent to finance leadership.
• Support portfolio coherence through visibility of interdependencies and risks.
