Job summary

COLIBRIX ONE, a licensed electronic money institution and fintech innovator, seeks a Financial Analyst to support daily financial operations, reporting, and reconciliation. You will ensure data accuracy, work with merchant settlements, and provide insights to drive business decisions.

Ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, enjoys working with data, and can manage financial processes in a dynamic environment. English and Russian language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar fintech/banking role.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with numbers.
• Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail for daily financial tasks.
• Experience with financial data, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Proactive, responsible mindset with willingness to learn.
• Ability to work with large datasets and multiple systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Russian.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily transaction reconciliation across internal accounting systems and automated platforms.
• Conduct periodic financial reconciliations (weekly, monthly, annual) and ensure reporting standards.
• Create and maintain financial workbooks and ledgers for merchants/partners.
• Manage merchant tariff onboarding and fee structures in internal systems.
• Calculate and process merchant settlements, including reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain daily financial dashboards by merchant/partner and track trends.
• Execute transfers and deposits with timely, accurate operations.
• Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly financial reports to merchants.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to Account Management and Sales teams.
• Maintain foreign exchange rates across systems for multi-currency operations.
• Reconcile transactions with online databases and ensure proper mapping.
