Job summary

Voyagu, a San Francisco-based travel management company with a presence in Warsaw, seeks a seasoned Financial Controller to own the monthly close, ensure accurate financial statements, and supervise finance operations. You will consolidate revenue, gross profit, opex, payroll, and corporate costs while preparing complete management reports.

The role requires 6–10 years in accounting with strong P&L/BS/CF experience, and fluency in English plus Russian or Ukrainian.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in accounting, financial reporting, or financial control.
• 3+ years as Accounting/Reporting Manager or Financial Controller.
• Experience with AP, AR, payroll accounting, taxes, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and EBITDA.
• Ensure accurate opex, payroll accruals, reserves, assets and liabilities with proper cutoffs.
• Reconcile revenue, COGS, and gross profit to the GL; maintain reconciliations.
• Oversee AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and payment operations.
