Job summary

Jacobs Solutions Inc. in Kraków is seeking a mid-level procurement professional to manage direct procurement in a fast-paced, international environment. You will support project Buyers, handle orders, contracts, and supplier communications, and contribute to savings and compliance.

The role requires English fluency, strong communication, and knowledge of procurement processes. A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's or Master's degree is an asset. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• English fluency required; additional languages a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master degree would be an asset.
• Experience in procurement spend categories including professional services and technical services.
• Knowledge of Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Strategic Sourcing processes.
• Experience drafting supplier contracts in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Procurement and sourcing activity in line with project needs across spend categories.
• Reviews and negotiates international contracts.
• Handles purchase orders, change orders, contractual compliance and invoice verification.
• Identifies risks related to procurement agreements and advises management.
• Maintains purchase order and process documentation; ensures savings are tracked and reported.
• Interfaces with buyers, stakeholders and partners at all levels.
