Job summary

Sii Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to design and develop analytical solutions for property insurance data warehouses and BI tools, translating business needs into scalable analytics through close collaboration with stakeholders and the development team.

You will prepare post-implementation documentation for developers, support data-driven initiatives, assist in testing the software, and work with data warehouses, ETL processes, and SAS 4GL to deliver reliable insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position
• Experience working with data warehouses
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational databases, preferably Oracle
• Experience in data modeling (star schemas, facts/dimensions) and working with ETL systems
• Practical knowledge of SAS Institute technologies (SAS 4GL)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with stakeholders
• Fluent Polish

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing analytical solutions in the area of property insurance data warehouses and BI tools
• Translating business needs into analytical solutions through close collaboration with stakeholders and the development team, considering architecture and data warehouse standards
• Preparing post-implementation documentation for developers in the Data Warehouse area
• Supporting business initiatives where data plays a strategic role in decision-making and organizational development
• Assisting in testing the developed software
