Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking a Data Scientist for the Delivery Experience (DEX) Data Science team in Warsaw. You will build AI/ML systems, optimize logistics, and collaborate with product and engineering to deploy data-driven solutions.

Expect 2+ years of production ML experience, strong Python and SQL, and expertise in time series and decision-tree methods. The role offers a hybrid work model and a competitive annual bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience building ML/AI solutions deployed in production.
Deep understanding of AI/ML methods, especially decision trees, time series, and neural networks.
Proficient in Python; strong SQL skills.
Fluent Polish (B2) and English (B2).
Graduated in a quantitative field related to data science or modeling.

Responsibilities

Data modeling and analysis using ML, deep learning, time series, and survival models.
Apply operations research and optimization to logistics problems.
Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML systems in production environments.
Process and analyze large datasets with Python and SQL.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure robust ML pipelines and reliability.
Translate business challenges into AI/ML or optimization problems and test approaches.
