Job summary

EY Poland is seeking a Forward-Deployed Architect to shape technical direction for data, AI, ML, and agentic AI solutions from day one in client environments. You will embed with client and engineering teams, making architecture decisions that scale from discovery to production.

Responsibilities include defining target architectures, ensuring security/compliance from the outset, and selecting tools across Azure, AWS and Google Cloud to fit business needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and 10+ years of software, data or AI engineering/architecture experience.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client and forward-deployed teams to shape the architecture of data and AI solutions from discovery through the first working prototype.
• Make fast, pragmatic technology and design decisions under ambiguity balancing speed and scalability.
• Define target architecture and path to production for prototypes to production builds.
• Ensure prototypes and solutions are secure and compliant from the start, including EU AI Act, GDPR, DORA and model risk.
• Evaluate and select tools and frameworks across data, AI and ML to fit the problem.
