Bring 6+ years in software engineering, strong C++ expertise, and distributed systems know-how. You will design, implement, and tune high-performance services, mentor juniors, and collaborate with product and cloud teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering with CS degree or equivalent.
• Deep expertise in C++, building high-performance backend systems.
• Strong foundation in distributed systems, design, debugging, and testing.
• Proven ability to design scalable, reliable architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and triage skills.
• Experience owning and delivering complex software end-to-end in production.
• Strong written and verbal communication; mentoring and technical leadership.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and launch features powering core search functionalities.
• Build robust, fault-tolerant and scalable distributed systems.
• Define and optimize search language layer transformations.
• Analyze and improve reliability and scalability of pipelines.
• Diagnose incidents and drive product observability improvements.
• Hire, mentor junior engineers and grow talents on the team.
