Job summary

Seargin is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive multi-team initiatives across a dynamic international firm. The role focuses on defining scope, milestones, and KPIs, while maintaining governance, risk management, and transparent stakeholder communication.

You will lead cross-functional delivery, coordinate with functions, and ensure timely delivery with robust reporting and measurement of outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, PMO, program management, or similar cross-functional delivery roles.
• Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple teams, functions, and stakeholder groups.
• Strong skills in defining project scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
• Experience managing project governance, risks, issues, blockers, dependencies, status reporting, and escalations.
• Strong ability to align stakeholders with different priorities and influence teams without direct authority.
• Good understanding of digital analytics, marketing measurement, campaign performance, attribution, or cross-channel measurement.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, KPIs, targets, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables with relevant stakeholders.
• Establish project cadence, governance routines, status reporting, and action tracking to keep delivery on schedule.
• Track tasks and deliverables across teams, identify risks and blockers early, and coordinate escalation.
• Stay close to measurement approaches such as attribution modelling and ensure processes and documentation evolve accordingly.
• Provide clear and regular project status updates and communicate impact findings to key stakeholders.
• Prepare agendas and materials, facilitate project meetings, and document decisions, actions, and next steps.
