AMS is seeking a Principal – Talent Sourcing to shape sourcing strategies and deliver high-quality pipelines for client partnerships. You will work with recruiters, hiring managers, and client teams to translate role briefs into active sourcing plans.

You will identify top-tier candidates across channels, engage and screen them, and contribute to advertising and market insights. This role emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and delivering strong outcomes within a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Direct sourcing and candidate identification using diverse tools and techniques.
• Experience sourcing senior talent within Financial Services or Banking.
• Familiarity with UK market recruitment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to screen and qualify candidates effectively.
• Experience with recruitment tech, ATS, or quick learner.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Ability to present insights to recruiters and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage and attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers, capturing role briefs and market insights.
• Build sector-specific talent pools via referrals and proactive outreach.
