Takeda in Lodz, Poland, is seeking an Events & Content Lead to shape and deliver strategic content, communications, and events across the enterprise. You will collaborate with Corporate Communications and leadership to ensure clear, engaging messaging and robust knowledge management.

You will manage a small team providing administrative support to the Procurement Leadership team and develop internal publications and town-hall materials to communicate strategy and business value.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy, operations, or communications.
• Strong communication, storytelling, presentation, and writing skills.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications - specifically Power Point: including presentation development.
• Experience managing communications, engagement activities, and organizational change initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, planning skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing demands, and perform effectively under tight deadlines and in global working environments.

Aufgaben

• Create and deliver strategic content including Power Point presentations, roadmaps, articles, videos, FAQs, and intranet resources.
• Manage knowledge-sharing platforms and content channels to keep information current and accessible.
• Develop content for town halls, leadership meetings, and speaking engagements.
• Coordinate and support live and virtual events, overseeing planning, logistics, and materials distribution.
• Facilitate employee engagement sessions by managing event technology, speakers, and participation.
• Lead the creation of internal publications for recurring internal communications.
• Partner with Corporate Communications and business leaders to align communication strategies.
• Lead and develop a small team focused on administrative support.
