Qualificações

• 11+ years in global procurement/transformations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related; advanced degree advantageous.
• Experience with goal setting methods (e.g. Hoshin Kanri) and linking strategy to metrics.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own the Global Procurement KPI framework and cockpit.
• Define and track KPIs aligning to strategy and governance.
• Produce executive-ready narratives highlighting trends and corrective actions.
• Coordinate governance forums and calendars with action follow-through.
• Maintain Global Procurement Business Continuity Plan.
