Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy, operations, or communications roles.
• Strong communication, storytelling, presentation, and writing skills.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications - specifically Power Point.
• Experience managing communications, engagement activities, and organizational change initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver strategic content including Power Point presentations, roadmaps, articles, videos, FAQs, and intranet resources.
• Manage knowledge-sharing platforms and content channels to keep information current and accessible.
• Develop content for town halls, leadership meetings, and speaking engagements to communicate strategy and value.
• Coordinate and support live and virtual events, handling planning, logistics, and material distribution.
• Facilitate employee engagement sessions by managing event technology and coordinating participation.
• Lead internal publications by developing and organizing content for recurring communications.
• Partner with Corporate Communications to deliver aligned messaging and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
• Lead and develop a small team providing administrative support.
