Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy, operations, or communications roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and SharePoint; expert in presentation development.
• Experience managing communications, engagement activities, and organizational change initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate across teams in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver strategic content including presentations, roadmaps, articles, and intranet resources.
• Manage knowledge-sharing platforms to keep information current and accessible.
• Develop content for town halls, leadership meetings, and speaking engagements.
• Coordinate and support live and virtual events, including logistics and materials.
• Facilitate employee engagement sessions and manage event technology.
• Lead internal publications and align with Corporate Communications.
• Lead a small team providing administrative support to the Procurement Leadership team.
