Exim Pharma seeks a CMO Manager (Contract Manufacturing Organization Manager) to secure product availability, drive cost efficiency, and integrate external capabilities to support business growth. The role is mobile with regular quarterly visits to Berlin, supplier travel in Poland and abroad, and 2-4 visits monthly to Węgrów.

You will collaborate with Product Development, Operations, and Quality to optimize external partnerships, gather manufacturing intelligence, and transfer best practices
