Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. in Łódź, Poland is seeking a Sourcing Manager - CMO - Associate Director to lead procurement for Contract Manufacturing Operations, secure capacity, and drive value across cost, quality, and risk.

You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, lead negotiations, manage supplier relationships, and partner with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and finance. Fluent English and SAP Ariba experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or shared services environments.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract management, and complex commercial negotiations.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies, leading sourcing events, and applying should-cost models and market benchmarks.
• Knowledge of Contract Manufacturing Operations, including external manufacturing, supply agreements, capacity management, and supplier risk management.
• Proficiency with SAP Ariba or equivalent eSourcing tools, along with experience using procurement technology and digital solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships and influence senior stakeholders in a global environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sourcing events, negotiations, and contract finalization to secure value, competitive terms, and reliable supply solutions.

About the Role

As a Sourcing Manager - CMO - Associate Director, you will play a key role in securing the goods and services required to support organizational operations, with a primary focus on Contract Manufacturing Operations. This position is responsible for leading sourcing and contracting activities that help ensure reliable manufacturing capacity, supply continuity, and support for patient needs. Working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive value across cost, innovation, risk, and sustainability objectives. As a recognized procurement expert, you will provide strategic guidance, influence decision-making, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen procurement performance and business outcomes across the organization.

Base Salary Range:

zł328,000.00 - zł451,000.00
