Job summary

Ework Group is looking for an experienced ITSM Security Account Manager to serve as a strategic security advisor for key customer accounts across Europe. You will be the primary security point of contact, helping clients strengthen their security posture, navigate compliance, and align security initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong background in cybersecurity, cloud security, security consulting, or enterprise risk and compliance.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including CISO-level leadership.
• Knowledge of security governance, audits, risk management, and assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer security, risk, compliance, and IT stakeholders.
• Lead regular security governance meetings, posture reviews, and risk discussions.
• Support customers with security assessments, audit activities, questionnaires, and compliance requirements.
• Advise on cloud security best practices across AWS, Azure, OCI, and hybrid environments.
• Provide guidance on IAM, SSO, MFA, encryption, monitoring, vulnerability management, and Zero Trust.
