Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in SCM/Engineering/Business or related field.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP and procurement tools.
• Fluent in English and Polish; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply, on-time delivery, and consistent product quality.
• Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and on time, ensuring approvals are obtained.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify purchasing needs, and help prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
• Support cost analysis and negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchasing.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier information, purchase orders, and transactions in the procurement system.
• Coordinate with ERP, operations, and logistics teams to support the flow of materials through the manufacturing process.
• Identify supply chain issues and implement effective solutions to maintain smooth operations.
• Use procurement, ERP, inventory management, and operations management software to streamline purchasing processes.
• Understand supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing processes, including the flow of materials into finished products.
