In this role, you will lead and support global and local product development, localization, and manufacturing transition initiatives while guiding a team of mechanical engineers through the successful execution of industrialization projects. You will play a key role in driving innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable product development, working collaboratively across functions and regions to deliver impactful business results.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead and coordinate industrialization activities related to new product development, product localization, relocation, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and technical guidance to a team of design and development engineers.
  • Plan, prioritize, and monitor project activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely execution.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement by identifying and implementing modern engineering solutions.
  • Support engineering teams with expertise in product design, testing, technical documentation, product coding, and company procedures.
  • Drive process optimization initiatives that enhance team effectiveness and product quality.
  • Contribute to new product introductions and provide engineering support to manufacturing and other business functions.
  • Review, approve, and maintain engineering documentation, including drawings, technical specifications, testing procedures, work instructions, and related documentation.
  • Monitor project performance, analyze key metrics, and communicate progress and results to leadership.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Experience leading engineering, industrialization, product development, or related technical projects in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Material Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • A hands‑on engineering mindset with a passion for understanding how products and manufacturing processes work and a willingness to solve practical technical challenges.
  • The ability to quickly learn new technologies, products, and manufacturing processes, including complex valve technologies and applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or developing technical teams through collaboration, coaching, and influence.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across functions, sites, and organizational levels, including plant leadership teams.
  • Experience collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Operations teams to successfully deliver business objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to quality, cost, and timelines.
  • Knowledge of product design, engineering documentation, manufacturing processes, and industrialization best practices.
  • Understanding of materials, production technologies, and engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean principles, FMEA, 5S, tolerance analysis, or error-proofing techniques.
  • Experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in both Polish and English, written and spoken.
  • Ability to analyze technical challenges, make sound decisions, and drive solutions from concept through implementation.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience leading New Product Development (NPD) projects and/or production transfer initiatives.
  • Experience industrializing manufacturing processes, including production readiness, workflow design, training, process implementation, and operational ramp-up activities.
  • Background in pneumatics, hydraulics, valve technologies, flow control products, or similar industrial applications.
  • Experience establishing manufacturing processes for new products introduced into a production environment.
  • Experience working in global manufacturing organizations with cross-site collaboration responsibilities.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex spreadsheets, macros, reporting automation, data analysis, or system connectivity.
  • Experience managing project budgets and resources within engineering or industrialization programs.
  • Knowledge of CAD software, preferably PTC Creo or similar design tools.
  • Experience developing sustainable and efficient manufacturing solutions.
  • Ability to balance people leadership with hands‑on technical contribution and project execution.
