Job summary

Greenvolt Next Poland is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead development of distributed generation projects across Poland, including rooftop solar, energy storage, and energy efficiency initiatives.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through proposal development, negotiations, and contract signatures, while coordinating with engineering, legal, finance, and delivery teams to ensure viable and bankable solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance / Economics or Management.
• 5+ years of experience in the green energy industry.
• Advanced English;
• Advanced Excel and Office.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Advanced analytical skills.
• Understanding Renewable Energy Industries.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and approach C&I clients across Poland for distributed generation solutions.
• Own the full commercial cycle from lead generation to contract signature.
• Lead commercial and technical negotiations with C&I stakeholders.
• Monitor Polish DG and renewable energy market and regulatory developments.
• Maintain relationships with key decision-makers as trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with engineering, project development, legal, finance, and delivery teams.
• Maintain robust CRM pipeline with forecasts and reporting.
• Develop strategic partnerships with industry associations, EPC partners, real estate owners, and other stakeholders.
• Originate DG opportunities focused on self-consumption and behind-the-meter solutions.
