Job summary

Albany Beck is seeking experienced Business Analysts to support strategic change and transformation initiatives across one of our global banking clients in Kraków. The successful candidates will work closely with business, operations and technology stakeholders to understand complex business problems, define requirements and support the delivery of change from discovery through to implementation.

Qualifications

• Extensive business analysis experience within Banking or Financial Services environments.
• Strong requirements gathering, business process analysis and documentation skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
• Proven ability to document current state and future state processes.
• Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence for requirements management, user stories and delivery tracking.
• Experience supporting change initiatives throughout the full project lifecycle, from discovery and analysis through to implementation and adoption.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously within complex change and transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews and process reviews.
• Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts including business requirements documents, user stories, process maps, gap analyses and target operating models.
• Analyse current state processes and define future state solutions that align with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops across business, operations and technology teams to drive consensus and decision-making.
• Manage and maintain requirements, user stories and delivery documentation within Jira and Confluence.
• Support solution design, testing, implementation and business readiness activities.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies throughout the change lifecycle and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, SMEs, Operations and Technology teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and confidently challenge requirements where appropriate to ensure optimum solutions.
