Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst on transformation initiatives.
• Experience gathering requirements and designing solutions.
• Hands-on exposure to change and implementation management.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Good understanding of banking and/or financial services environments.
• Experience working on complex, multi-country or multi-region initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define and solve business problems using structured thinking and creativity.
• Translate complex topics into clear and well-structured insights for different audiences.
• Understand business drivers and strategy to help shape well-aligned solutions.
• Spot risks and issues early and act fast to reduce their impact.
• Own the requirements management process and support solution design.
• Identify impacts on the target operating model and plan mitigation actions.
• Support programme management with impact and change assessments.
