Job summary

OpportuLand is seeking a Finance-focused Business Analyst/Consultant to join a strategic initiatives team in Krakow. You will answer executive questions with financially grounded analysis and actionable recommendations, working directly with C-level stakeholders in a fast-paced, live-war-room setting.

This role is hybrid: three days per week in the client’s office in Kraków, Poland, with collaborative sessions alongside two Business Analysts and two Data Analysts.

About the Engagement:A large international organization is setting up a new Strategic Initiatives team. C-level stakeholders give it specific questions, and the team analyzes data quickly to form a clear point of view. For example, two large programmes that run separately today (such as IT change and risk remediation) may need a recommendation on how they should work together.The starting team is 2 Business Analysts and 2 Data Analysts. They work side by side and with senior stakeholders, often in live war-room sessions.Work Format:Location: Krakow, Poland.
