Dover Imaging & Identification (DII), a segment of Dover Corporation, is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead sales and BD strategies in Poland and Hungary. The role involves field-based customer engagement, market analysis, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth.

The position requires a Master or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, at least 5 years in a tech B2B BD role, and fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology or business.
• Minimum 5 years of market/business development experience in a technology-based company with B2B distributor/partner focus.
• Fluent in Polish and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive actions and execution to exceed commercial and financial targets.
• Identify market opportunities and monitor competition activities.
• Map sales efficiency and revenue progression using tools like Salesforce.com.
• Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales to support distributor sales tactics.
• Lead daily partner meetings with customers and conduct prospecting and follow-up for key accounts.
