Dover Imaging & Identification (DII), a Dover Corporation segment, seeks a Business Development Manager for Poland and Hungary. You will drive indirect sales strategies, lead market development, and build strong distributor partnerships while engaging with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, international environment.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B development within tech industries, fluency in Polish and English, and willingness to travel with heavy field activity.

Qualifikationen

• Master/bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology or business.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in Market / Business Development within a technology-based company with complex B2B interactions.
• Polish & English fluent; other languages helpful.

Aufgaben

• Partner with internal/external stakeholders to exceed commercial and financial targets.
• Identify market opportunities and threats; monitor competition activities.
• Use Salesforce.com to map sales efficiency, prospects and revenue progression.
• Gain market knowledge to support distributors in sales tactics with marketing and pre-sales teams.
• Participate in daily partner meetings with end customers and perform prospecting and follow-up for large accounts.
