Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, or related field
• Significant experience in industrial logistics, sourcing, operations, or supply chain management
• Experience in rail logistics, chemicals, ammonia, or hazardous materials is strongly preferred
• International and cross-functional experience preferred
• Fluent English required

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ammonia flow coordination for Continental Europe, aligning stakeholders
• Coordinate day-to-day logistics planning and operational coordination
• Ensure rapid decision-making across normal operations and disruption scenarios
• Collaborate with supplying sites, terminals, rail operators, and logistics partners
• Drive rail logistics continuity, reliability and optimization
• Lead ammonia sourcing activities and manage offtake agreements
• Coordinate spot sourcing during disruptions and emergencies
• Ensure alignment between operational requirements, sourcing strategy and commercial considerations
• Provide weekly operational and sourcing inputs to governance teams
• Contribute to long-term resilience and optimization of the ammonia logistics network
• Influence cross-functional decisions through operational expertise
