Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group seeks a Lead Consultant to drive the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Generative and Agentic AI solutions. You will shape AI strategy, architecture and technology choices, ensuring secure, scalable deployments that align with business goals.

Collaborate with clients and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical AI capabilities, oversee MCP integrations, and uphold governance, performance, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Expertise in foundation models, prompt engineering, tool calling, and LLMs.
• Experience designing autonomous and multi-agent systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, and OpenAI Agents SDK.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), agent interoperability, reusable skills, and enterprise integrations.
• Expertise in embeddings, vector databases, hybrid search, reranking, GraphRAG, and agentic RAG.
• Experience with evaluation, monitoring, guardrails, security, governance, and performance optimization.
• Strong ML fundamentals and proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
• Ability to design secure, scalable, cost-effective AI solutions from data processing through deployment and monitoring.
• Data engineering, stakeholder management, communication, and technical mentoring.

• Evaluate and select models, frameworks, RAG approaches, and integration technologies.
