Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring for a senior Enterprise Sales role focused on Poland, with emphasis on Government & Utilities accounts. You will build a portfolio, identify opportunities, and lead multi-stakeholder cycles to expand ElevenLabs' presence in the public sector.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in quota-driven SaaS/tech sales, a proven track record closing complex deals, and deep knowledge of Poland's procurement landscape. Polish native or fluent with strong English for internal collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with AI or related products.
• Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Well-connected in the Polish Government and Utilities landscape, with senior networks and executive presence.
• Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders.
• Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Poland.
• Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
• Passion for voice and audio AI.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across Poland, focusing on Government & Utilities.
• Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI can drive engagement and efficiency.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence within the Polish Government sector.
• Partner with Customer Success, FDEs and Solutions Engineering.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on generative AI and voice interfaces.
