Job summary

ElevenLabs is expanding its Poland team with a Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive growth in government and utilities sectors. You will build a portfolio of strategic accounts, identify opportunities, and lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles, translating AI voice technology into measurable business value.

You will engage C-suite and senior decision-makers, develop account strategies, and collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to ensure deployment and expansion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology.
• Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across business, IT, legal, and procurement.
• Well-connected in the Polish Government and Utilities landscape, with an existing network of senior individuals and strong executive presence.
• Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders; ability to translate complex technology into business value.
• Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Poland, with the ability to accelerate deal velocity within complex organizational structures.
• Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment, including building new playbooks and iterating quickly.
• Passion for voice and audio AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers.
• Hybrid of customer and product-driven mentality that prioritizes customer satisfaction and scale.
• Native or full professional proficiency in Polish; strong English for internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across Poland, focusing on Government & Utilities.
• Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities can drive engagement and efficiency.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with compelling business cases for executives.
• Develop deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape and customer use cases.
• Demonstrate expertise or willingness to learn about ElevenLabs' voice technology and its value.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence in the Polish Government sector.
• Partner with Customer Success, FDEs and Solutions Engineering for onboarding and expansion.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients, educating leaders on generative AI and voice tech trends.
