ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive growth across Poland's largest enterprises, focusing on Government & Utilities. You will leverage a well-established network and executive presence to win strategic accounts and articulate the business value of our AI voice platform.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI or API-driven products.
• Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders including C-suite.
• Well-connected in the Polish Government and Utilities landscape with executive-level networking capability.
• Experience selling to product and engineering leaders; ability to translate technology into business value.

Aufgaben

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across Poland, focusing on Government & Utilities to hit revenue goals.
• Identify opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities can drive engagement and efficiency in government institutions.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles with compelling business cases translating AI voice technology into business value.
• Develop deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, use cases, and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, FDEs and Solutions Engineering to ensure onboarding, deployment and expansion.
