Job summary
ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive growth across Poland’s largest enterprises, focusing on Government & Utilities. You will leverage a well-established network and senior-level influence to close multi-stakeholder deals and translate AI voice technology into tangible business value.
You will act as a strategic partner, guiding clients on using ElevenAgents and AI voice solutions to transform customer experiences, workflows, and monetization
Qualifications
- 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or tech.
- Proven ability to close complex multi-stakeholder deals.
- Well-connected in the Polish Government and Utilities landscape.
- Experience translating technical solutions for executives.
Responsibilities
- Manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across Poland with a focus on Government & Utilities.
- Identify new business opportunities where conversational AI adds value.
- Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build business cases for senior executives.
- Develop deep understanding of the AI landscape and customer use cases.
- Educate C-suite and operations leaders on trends in generative AI and voice tech.
- Expand ElevenLabs' presence within the Polish Government sector.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to ensure onboarding and expansion.
